Job Description
AIR Communities is hiring a Part-Time Partnership IR Administrator to join our team in the Denver Tech Center. This role is in the our beautiful office located near I-25 and Belleview in the Tech Center. We have sweeping views of the Rocky Mountains, Cherry Creek Reservoir, and Downtown Denver.
Essential Functions include:

• Responds to all phone calls and emails from investors within identified timeframe answering question or addressing any concerns they may have.
• Conduct search and outbound phone calls to investors with Inactive Accounts. Review customer or client accounts.
• Assist in obtaining documents necessary to process unit transfers and redemptions.
• Maintain relationship with third party administrator. Research various transfer and database issues.
• Coordinate and maintain custodian database and changes within such database.
• Assist manager with any special projects. Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• One year experience in customer service, call center or similar field.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is desirable.
• Attention to detail and deadline-oriented.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Computer literacy

Additional Information

• Expected pay rate of $22/hr-$25/hr. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
• Expected hours per week is 20-30 hours.

Candidates extended an offer will be required to undergo a four panel drug screening that excludes marijuana testing.
