As our Part-time Office and Culture Coordinator, you will be the heart of the office's daily rhythm and a catalyst for a vibrant and inclusive company culture. Your mission is to ensure that the office runs smoothly, team members are well-supported, and have a hand in ensuring company events are memorable and engaging. You'll act as the go-to person for office management tasks, coordinate with vendors, and foster team spirit through special initiatives and moments.

Part-time Hybrid Schedule:  

  • 3 days / week (~20 hours) 
  • Monday + Tuesday are required in-office days 
  • Ability to work additional hours to support company happy hours or events 

What You’ll Do:  

Office Management 

  • Coordinate and communicate company-sponsored weekly lunch orders, ensuring updates are promptly shared and reminders are sent.  
  • Provide support for ad hoc events, such as team lunches and happy hours, from planning to execution. 
  • Manage relationships and communication with office vendors to ensure services and supplies are maintained to high standards.
  • Uphold office cleanliness, creating a welcoming environment for all team members.
  • Regularly order and replenish office snacks and supplies, keeping track of inventory and team preferences.
  • Order office supplies as needed, receive and distribute mail and packages as needed; opening and stocking office items ordered.
  • Contact building maintenance as needed for issues/repairs that may arise. 

New Hires and Special Marley Moments 

  • Deliver a warm welcome to new hires by sending a box of carefully selected company swag and conducting an office tour, addressing any questions they may have. 
  • Celebrate special Marley Moments by sending curated gifts.  
  • Collaborate with the People Team to develop and implement special projects that enhance the company's culture and employee engagement. 
  • Feel a passion for and ownership over creating lovable office experiences.

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive and autonomous with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to nurture relationships
  • Experience in office management or administrative support roles is strongly preferred 
  • Passion for creating a positive work environment and facilitating a strong company culture
