Part-time Outdoor Apparel Sales Representative

Job Description * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service * Assess the customer’s needs and inform them on product features * Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions * Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas * Actively seek out customers in store * Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options * Process POS (point of sale) purchases * Handle returns of merchandise * Build productive trust relationships with customers * Comply with inventory control procedures Requirements * Proven 3+ years of work experience as a Retail Sales associate or Sales Rep. * Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices * Proficiency in English * Basic Math skills * Hands-on experience with POS transactions * Familiarity with inventory procedures * Solid communication and interpersonal skills * A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus * Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner * Availability to work flexible shifts Monday-Saturday and Holidays 40+ Hours per Week * High school degree * Some College or Trade School completed * Knowledge of the outdoors Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Employee discount • Flexible schedule Shift: • Day shift Application Question(s): • How many years of hunting experience do you have?
