Part time Palliative PA

CANDIDATE PARAMETERS:

• Physician Assistant
• American Citizen or FMG
• Great communication skills and empathy are required.
• Board-Certified
• New graduates considered

EMPLOYMENT ARRANGEMENTS:

• Hospital employment
• Contract includes
• Initial agreement 36 month term, will consider longer terms
• Base salary: negotiable based on experience 3 year average of MGMA median for APP palliative care, $68,000
• Sign on bonus: $3,000
• CME: annually 3 days and $1,800
• PTO: contracted to work 46 weeks per year, all other time is for PTO and UPMC observed holidays
• Incentive
• Potential to earn 5% of base salary in quality and citizenship incentive
• Production incentive based on wRVU

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday-Friday: hours are flexible based on practice and provider needs
• Call requirements: 7 nights per month
• Start: As soon as possible
• EMR system: Epic
