Position Overview: As a Retail Team Leader/Sales Associate at Ragamoffyn's, you will play a crucial role in supporting service, selling, and business operations to create an engaging and inspiring store environment. You will lead by example, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere while ensuring exceptional customer service and productivity. Your extensive retail experience will guide and motivate the team towards success. Key Responsibilities: · Welcome and guide customers with warmth and positivity, setting the tone for a positive shopping experience. · Champion extraordinary customer service to guarantee a delightful shopping experience. · Assist customers in locating products and address their inquiries with expertise. · Oversee cash register operations and execute financial transactions accurately. · Uphold the store's cleanliness and organization standards, ensuring a visually appealing environment. · Being a leader on the sales floor, driving engagement in each zone through effective communication. · Serve as a role model for personalized customer connections, driving loyalty and brand excitement. · Provide guidance and support to associates on the selling floor, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. · Offer actionable feedback to associates to enhance customer interactions and drive results. · Ensure team alignment with goals and exceed customer expectations. · Brainstorm and execute community events to drive traffic and sales while upholding our values. Requirements: · Demonstrated retail experience of at least 7 years. · Excellent communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal abilities. · Proficiency in thriving within a fast-paced, customer-centric setting. · Sound grasp of basic math for cash handling and inventory management. · Exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess. · Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. · Dependable and punctual with the ability to lead by example. · Capability to stand for prolonged periods and handle moderate loads. · Familiarity with the store's product and service offerings is advantageous.
