Part - Time Retail Fragrance Sales Associate

Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part - time Retail Fragrance Sales Associate located in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers in selecting products, demonstrate features, and help them make informed purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Starting pay - $12-$17 Depending on Experience Part- time hours 9am -6pm Must be able to work weekends and holidays Bilingual in spanish Duties • Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance. • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. • Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash register. • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases while ensuring satisfaction. • Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking merchandise and keeping displays tidy. • Assist in managing inventory levels through regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies. • Communicate promotions and special offers to customers to drive sales. • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. • Employ time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods. Qualifications • Previous experience in retail fragrance sales or customer service is preferred but not required. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective inventory management. • Ability to perform product demos confidently, showcasing features clearly to customers. • Experience in cash handling with a solid understanding of basic math and retail math principles. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
