We are looking for a Stock Associate to support the Hollywood Flagship location who will help maintain store inventory records, process all deliveries in an expeditious manner, and keep all stock organized and sales floor replenished as necessary. 

THIS A PART-TIME POSITION. LOOKING FOR FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY.  NEEDS TO BE OPEN FOR 3 WEEKDAYS AND WEEKENDS.

Your Superpowers in Action 

• Support prioritization and product flow activities to achieve sales and customer experience objectives  
• Help maintain the store's product presentation standards, visual objectives, and floor set direction by folding and hanging merchandise, assist with floor set changes and stocking replenishment  
• Process merchandise transfers, consolidations and correct disposition of customer returns  
• Assist with organizing and preparing for store inventories, participate in store inventory counts and create reporting for management 
• Work with store manager to brainstorm ways to reduce inventory discrepancy and possible theft or “shrink.” 
• Ensure all merchandise has SKU tickets to identify styles and appropriate pricing  
• Utilize the best method of storage, identification, and stock location, considering height and weight limits, turnover, stock room capacities, and required space; assist with keeping the stock room clean and organized  
• Develop and maintaining a thorough knowledge of Funko merchandise; using product knowledge in relevant and creative ways to meet the customer's needs  
• Assist customers on the sales floor as needed 
• Accept and sign for store deliveries, unload deliveries and store appropriately 

Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry 

• 1+ years of specialty retail sales and/or inventory control experience
• Has a customer service mindset
• Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management both face to face and via phone
• Previous experience processing merchandise through POS and inventory systems required
• Has a history of regular and dependable attendance & punctuality for assigned shifts
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, plus days surrounding major holidays such as: the day after Thanksgiving and the days before and after Christmas, etc.
• Possesses a strong sense of urgency and is action oriented
• Should have a continued interest in developing own customer service and product knowledge
• Demonstrates passion for the brand, products, services and solutions offered to our customers

Salary Information 

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $18 hourly. ​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. 

Work Environment Requirements 

The noise level in the work environment is moderate to noisy. While performing the duties of this Job, employee will be regularly required to stand for long periods of time; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally pull large pallets of product with a lift truck weighing up to 525 pounds.
