We recently redirected our business model to tap into viral and trending products — from TikTok-famous snacks to hard-to-find collectible items. We take pride in staying ahead of trends and creating a vibrant space for students, locals, and families alike. Our store is more than just a corner shop — it's a social media-driven, trend-focused destination, and we’d love for you to be part of it. What We’re Looking For: We’re hiring enthusiastic,people-first team memberswho are not only passionate about great customer service, but also genuinely interested inviral products, TikTok trends, and social media culture. Ideally, you: • Stay up to date with social media trends • Are comfortable being featured in ourInstagram and TikTok reels • Can confidently talk to customers about trending snacks and collectibles • Bring great energy to our fun, fast-paced environment Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and provide fast, courteous service • Assist customers with product questions, especially trending and viral items • Build friendly relationships with regulars • Efficiently handle transactions and upsell where appropriate • Stay informed on new and trending inventory • Keep store areas clean, stocked, and organized • Follow safety, age restriction, and legal guidelines (alcohol, nicotine sales, etc.) Qualifications: • Prior customer service experience is a must • Strong communication skills and friendly energy • Passion or curiosity for TikTok trends, snacks, and collectibles • Open to appearing in short-form videos (we film often!) • Ability to multitask and stay upbeat in a fast-paced setting • Flexible schedule availability (mornings, evenings, weekends) Job Type: Part-time Shifts Available: • Evening Relocation: Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate near UTSA before starting.
