Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position
The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company's regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.
Your Responsibilities
- Delivering customer value by creating and designing vehicle features for John Deere utility tractors
- Updates and maintains databases, systems applications or files to ensure accurate and current information is available for use by others
- Manage part procurement and prototype builds
- Performs analysis of basic or intermediate nature on information received and researches or resolves discrepancies following prescribed procedures
What Skills You Need
- Ideally you will be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical field; others may apply (a ll applicants will be considered regardless of major)
- Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university
- Graduation date of May 2023 or later
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
- Available to work 15-20 hours weekly during the academic year
- Available to work 35-40 weekly during the summer semester
- Must be able to commute to the work location in Waterloo, IA, on a daily basis year-round
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Positive attitude to complete tasks in a timely manner
