Part-time Telesales/Customer Service Specialist (Temporary)

Fortune Media is a global media organization dedicated to helping its readers, viewers, and attendees succeed in business through unrivaled access and best-in-class storytelling.

Fortune is seeking a skilled phone marketer to work with us in recruiting attendees for Live and Virtual events. Position is a temporary hourly position and will be fully remote. The position will be for approximately 20 hours per week, for approximately 60 days, and compensation will be based on experience.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Telephone outreach to invitees based on marketing script
• Email follow up with invitees
• Light research using google search, online databases, LinkedIn--of company data, including titles and contact information for executives.
• Use of Excel to sort and check customer data and update contact information.

Required:

• Experience in one-on-one outreach via phone and email.
• Excellent phone manner
• Experience dealing with senior executives and assistants
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
• Clear and concise writing style
• Ability to understand business terms and concepts and explain them to executives.
