Job Posting – Ticket AgentCustomer Service AssociatePosition _____________________________________________________________ We are seeking a dedicated and friendly part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team to help passengers travel smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for selling tickets, interacting with customers, handling cash transactions, while using our computer system. Keeping you work area organized and maintaining cleanliness at the terminal. Location:Greyhound Bus Lines Key Duties: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with ticket purchases and inquiries. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the terminal. Provide friendly, detailed information about schedules, fares and travel options Help organize and direct passengers before departure so everything runs on time. Work closely with your teammates to keep the area tidy and welcoming Work morning shift but may fill in where needed Qualifications: • 2-5 years customer service or operation’s experience • Knowledge of cash handling/control procedures • Strong communication skills • Work well within a team. • Great people skills and a positive attitude • Must be comfortable using a computer for ticketing and information along with cash handling . • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision. • High School Diploma or equivalency • Must be available to work weekends and other shifts as needed. • Leadership skills and ability to make decision. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour Schedule: • 4 hour shift • 8 hour shift • Every weekend • Holidays • Morning shift Language: • English (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Jacksonville, FL 32204 (Required) Work Location: In person
