Participant Webinar & Technology Operations Coordinator-1

The Participant Webinar/Tech Ops Coordinator is responsible for setup, event kickoff and post event reporting for webinars and digital events for the Participant audience. The role also supports technical operations for multimedia productions. This person works to ensure flawless execution of every project. The role also interfaces with client marketing and sales partners as well as presenters.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Sets up technical components of webinars and digital events
• Joins webinars and digital events to ensure proper startup, support presenters and troubleshoot any issue
• Ensures post-event metrics are shared with measurement team and stakeholders
• Dynamically manages workload and priorities on a day-to-day, hour-to-hour basis to ensure all project requests are met and effectively prioritized, despite a heavy workload
• Works with high degree of urgency on tasks and is highly responsive to partner requests at all levels
• Prioritizes success metrics/KPIs and ensures all relevant data is captured and shared with measurement team

• Expectation of occasional travel and extended hours

Base Pay Range: $57,700/yr. - $96,100/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
