Job Summary

This position is responsible for the successful development and implementation of the road map for the new RS Participant Strategy, a key growth driver of the overall RS business strategy. The strategy is aimed at improving participant and business outcomes (i.e., increasing participation, increasing deferrals, and improving retention). This is a key role reporting directly to the VP Workplace Solutions to prioritize, plan, deliver and measure impact of key projects to execute the strategy in close collaboration with RS leaders and our enterprise partners. This role will elevate and modernize our approach to workplace solutions, including developing new and robust measurement of impact. Collaboration, business acumen, driving execution with a strong customer focus are hallmarks of success.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Define and execute Workplace Solutions implementation Road map for newly developed Participant Strategy and lead core projects to ensure achievement of RS business and participant outcomes. (30%)
  • Represent the participant needs and value to implement joint projects in collaboration with our enterprise partners (e.g., marketing campaigns, measuring retirement readiness, auto features in plan design) to deliver shared outcomes and business impact (20%)
  • Track meaningful progress with new reporting and scorecard of key participant metrics (e.g., retirement readiness, quarterly net cash flow, participation, deferrals, and retention metrics). Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on participant metrics and progress. Identify gaps and challenges, proposing creative solutions to impact business results. (20%)
  • Evaluate new tools and capabilities to enhance processes and modernize services. Develop sound and comprehensive business cases with ROI for RS Strategic Committee and RSLT for key investments to achieve RS Participant Strategy. (20%)
  • Stay abreast of product and legislative changes to understand business impact and ready people and process for implementation as needed. (10%)

Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree

Recommended Education and/or Certifications

  • FINRA licenses 6 and 63 preferred
  • Certification in project management, Agile or Kanban preferred

Required Work Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience, including project or program management
  • Knowledge of retirement service industry, ERISA, regulatory compliance, and competitive insights
  • Expert knowledge and demonstrated success with Microsoft suite and Salesforce
  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Salary Band: 06B

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
