Why this role mattersThe Director, Partner Experience (PX) will be responsible for ensuring a world-class partner experience to Vonage’s partner ecosystem. Will be responsible for all partner touch-points as well as support Vonage’s partner sales teams with the most current tools and resources available to promote the sale of Unified Communications, Contact Center, and API partner offerings. Manages end-to-end coordination and management of partner specific events, partner content development & distribution, partner communications, and the overarching partner portal. Responsible for creating and managing the PX strategy, partner marketing operations, financial budgets, and working closely with marketing and enablement counterparts from API and Applications teams.

What you'll do- Work with the Strategic Alliance team leaders and provide structured webinar content, generating the lead lists, emails, recordings, and follow up for our top partners.
- Engage with Product teams to schedule and manage training sessions for partners on various Applications, Integrations, and APIs. Own all marketing aspects of these sessions including invites and attendance.
- Own and manage monthly smaller partner events in each region, either in-person or remote
- Coordinate with product marketing and other marketing functions on Vonage’s external awareness on partner’s landing pages, listings, and links etc.
- Work with product team to understand and evaluate Vonage’s existing partner portals and create a streamlined strategy to consolidate into one overarching partner community to ensure a world class online experience for all partner types.
- Align with the Enablement Team to help enhance the portal to optimize function and form, operations and design, and content distribution; ensure that partners frequently use the portal as a single source for GTM materials; set the strategy to use and align the portal with other marketing initiatives; deliver an elegant and seamless Partner Experience.
- Drive back-end enhancements to CRM and other relevant platforms to ensure partner voice is represented from an operational perspective.
- Work closely with marketing to manage the partner experience for various aspects of events (i.e., partner, Vonage-hosted, industry; virtual and in-person); includes sponsorship program management, onsite event management, and post-event websites, assets, and communications.
- Responsible for partner media content such as content development, curation and distribution; external partner website, internal employee portals, partner videos, customer case studies, customer stories, partner blogs, research reports, etc.
- Works cross-functionally with API and Applications marketing teams to create marketing strategies, content, campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives, and communications.
- Create and own lead generation processes with top strategic partners
- Works closely with Comms team for all internal and/or external partner communications. This could include enablement support communications, executive communications, social media and internal updates, etc.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience working with Salesforce
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to define, develop and lead large programs in a rapidly changing environment
- High energy self-starter with a can-do attitude, and ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment, while getting down in the weeds to get the job done
- 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or project management, preferred
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management, both internally and externally
- Outstanding written communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
