Our digital nomad team of more than 1200 professionals works all over the world. Together, we are solving the prevalent problem of loneliness and shaping Social Life 3.0 — a new digital reality where people will be able to fulfill their needs for communication and attention from other people and artificial life forms.
Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.
We are looking for a Partner Account Manager for one of our investment products. The product is is a game in the social discovery format, where at the initial stage, instead of photos, users create their own cartoon avatars based on selfies and add short statements about their interests and hobbies.Â
Your main tasks will be:
- Take overall responsibility for recruiting, developing, and managing new and existing partners.
- Qualify new partnership opportunities and facilitate partner onboarding and enablement requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with partners.
- Track, report and improve metrics related to the partners’ activity.
- Ensure partners meet all needed requirements.
- Coach and develop partners via platform training and webinars.
- Identify new areas for growth; propose and manage initiatives accordingly.
We expect from you:
- English/Russian - C1+.
- Expertise in managing and nurturing long-term relationships with partners.
- Expertise in sales strategies tailored to partner acquisition.
- Ability to provide ongoing support to partners to ensure their success.
- Skills in identifying potential partners that align with business objectives.
- Proficiency in developing and executing partner recruitment strategies.
- Experience in creating and implementing effective onboarding programs for new partners.
- Excel, Microsoft Word

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
