At PosiGen, we are passionate about providing money saving solar and energy efficiency solutions for people of all income levels. We are seeking an equally passionate Partner Account Manager who responsible for managing and expanding PosiGen's solar contractor partner network. This is a hybrid sales and account management role that requires B2B sales experience and the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.

As a Partner Account Manager at PosiGen, you will:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and enter new markets
  • Initiate contact with solar contractors through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements
  • Establish and maintain effective rerlationships with partners via email, phone, and in-person
  • Identify partners' needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
  • Present product information to partners once their needs have been identified
  • Move solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to sales executives, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls
  • Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing partners to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs
  • Collaborate with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met
  • Coordinate and arrange client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective partners
  • Write and distribute agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings
  • Create and maintain client databases and lead lists
  • Maintain sales and install projections and report period end results timely and accuratelyΒ 
  • Provide effective administrative support

Competencies

  • Thorough understanding and reporting of regulatory and local/state incentives
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with excellent command of Excel
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Comfortable working with large data sets
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to adapt quickly as things change
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Education/Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field
  • Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales-related role with previous experience cold-calling and qualifying leads
  • 4+ years of renewable energy experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to financial inclusion, social justice, and/or access to clean energy


Base Salary
$90,000β€”$100,000 USD
On Target Earnings
$140,000β€”$150,000 USD
