This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Partner Acquisition Director in United States.

This role is focused on shaping and scaling a global partner ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, and activating high-value strategic partners that expand platform reach and commercial impact. You will operate at the intersection of business development, ecosystem strategy, and executive-level relationship management, driving alliances with top-tier technology and platform providers. The position requires strong commercial judgment to evaluate partner potential, technical fit, and long-term monetization opportunities. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to build scalable partnership models aligned with product and business strategy. This is a high-impact, externally facing role where you will influence platform growth and revenue generation at scale. You will also contribute to shaping ecosystem strategy in response to evolving AI and platform dynamics.

Accountabilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and activate high-value strategic partners to expand ecosystem reach and revenue opportunities
  • Define and execute global partner acquisition and ecosystem growth strategy
  • Evaluate partner potential based on commercial value, technical fit, and scalability
  • Lead executive-level negotiations with strategic partners and global platform providers
  • Build and maintain strong alignment between partner executives and internal leadership teams
  • Develop long-term partnership monetization strategies and frameworks
  • Collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Engineering teams
  • Influence product and platform roadmap based on ecosystem insights and partner needs
  • Drive partner enablement and ensure successful onboarding and activation
  • Contribute to company-wide ecosystem and AI platform strategy initiatives
  • Requirements:

    • 8–12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, or ecosystem strategy
    • Proven track record of securing high-value strategic partnerships with measurable business impact
    • Experience engaging and negotiating with C-level executives and enterprise partners
    • Strong ability to evaluate commercial opportunities and technical integration feasibility
    • Background in API-first SaaS, digital platforms, or ecosystem-driven businesses preferred
    • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with ability to influence without authority
    • Experience working with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams
    • Strong analytical and commercial modeling capabilities
    • Deep understanding of platform ecosystems and partnership-driven growth models
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills
