Arrow Electronics has an exciting entry-level opportunity for a Customer Advocate for our Centennial office! What you'll be doing:

• The Customer Advocate is responsible for triage of incoming requests.
• Additional responsibilities include monitoring open order issues in ArrowSphere, utilizing Oracle for proper customer setup, and inputting data into ArrowSphere.
• Troubleshoot/Triage incoming requests to determine the best resolution.
• Engage Bat-Phone-A-Friend (CSA team) to assist in the Triage/Troubleshooting process.
• Escalate JIRA tickets to complete resolution.
• Support Microsoft Reps by monitoring issues to resolution
• Proactively works with partners and CSAs to communicate new features.
• Coordinate resources to help solve complex customer issues in cross-functional areas.
• Proactively monitor, escalate, and resolve open order issues (JIRA)
• Engage Microsoft sales resources to address product, pricing, or other revenue-related items.
• Responsibilities include monitoring incoming requests, logging, tracking, and escalating tickets created.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree but not required.
• Someone organized and a self-starter.
• Previous customer service with 1-2 years of experience.
• Someone passionate about growing their career with a stable company.
• A nice to have- Salesforce experience.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$40,500.00 - $49,500.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
