Role Mission: Serve as a consultative analytical partner to internal teammates and external customers to develop analyses and insights that lead to actionable recommendations to accelerate growth for our partners and organization. 

What You’ll Do:

• Create ad-hoc reports, standard reports, and dashboards for various internal teammates and external customers using a best-in-class modern data stack while following applicable standards, policies, and procedures. 
• Interpret and analyze data sets to identify trends, inform strategic business decisions, and recommend process improvement opportunities.
• Communicate analytical findings to managers and customers directly (both written and verbally).
• Ensures sensitive data is displayed, delivered, and secured correctly.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product departments to maintain the quality and completeness of data in a global data stack for Customer Success.

Who You Are:

• 1+ years experience in a quantitative analyst role.
• Must have hands-on experience with reporting packages (Tableau Desktop + Tableau Online / Server strongly preferred).
• Must have a foundational understanding of database technologies and SQL experience (will be tested in interview rounds).  
• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics preferred.
• Positive, people-oriented, team player, and energetic attitude.
