The Partner Development Director is responsible for partner-related business development with Syndigo partners. This dynamic partner sales role is the lead partner-facing business development resource focused on joint sales and go-to-market planning with an assigned list of existing and newly recruited partners. He/She is an integral part of their respective regional sales team and enables the scaled impact of assigned partners. The Partner Development Director will work to enable and otherwise encourage partners primarily via partner-sourced and co-sell models to deliver software and cloud services revenue for Syndigo and ultimately overall customer success.

  • Co-Marketing and Demand Generation
  • Align partners with Syndigo marketing
  • Drive PR, case studies and events

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU

  • 7-10 years of experience in CXM, DXP, cloud, SaaS, eCommerce, MDM/PIM, data & analytics in sales and/or partner sales capacities.

  • Success working with partners with a robust understanding of partner ecosystems and relationships with leading GSIs, SIs and/or digital agencies. Comfortable preparing and presenting business

  • plans, speaking to and presenting to groups of medium-sized audiences. Primarily a sales background but some technical understanding or expertise is highly valued.
