This role offers the opportunity to lead the development and management of strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth and expanding market reach across the region. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing relationships with key technology, reseller, and strategic partners. The position requires a balance of strategic vision, strong commercial acumen, and relationship management skills to create mutually beneficial business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy. Accountabilities
- Identify, prioritize, and recruit strategic partners aligned with business objectives and target markets.
- Develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies and partner onboarding programs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling partner value propositions and drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular partner performance reviews using agreed KPIs and metrics.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify partnership opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, fostering strong market presence and thought leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in partner development, alliance management, or business development, preferably within technology or financial services.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Familiarity with the UK partner ecosystem and ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
