Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS sales, or consulting.
  • 5 years of experience with AI and business applications and positioning.
  • 5 years of experience managing business goals in a leadership position and at C-level.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience promoting to enterprise customers.
  • Experience with AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of positioning AI solutions to solve industry issues in one or more industries (e.g., Financial, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Ability to plan, pitch, and execute business strategies, and build relationships, working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

As a Partner Development Manager, you will work closely with our customers to help them shape their cloud strategy and enable their digital transformation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $173,000-$254,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive the Enterprise AI goal and execution for Google Cloud to obtain enterprise agreements and accelerate digital transformation.
  • Manage accountability for Google Cloud within the assigned region and/or industry.
  • Drive goals, execution, and agreements with the account teams. Develop strategies to accelerate goals.
  • Generate a plan to ensure engagement with accounts. Lead the rollout of offerings in the region and ensure collaboration and engagement with business teams.
  • Work with Google Account teams to drive demand, and provide guidance for marketing and partners to develop campaigns. Build a pipeline of customers within assigned regions and/or industry.
