Partner Development Manager - Mexico
Job Description
monday.com’s Partner Development Team is looking for a Partner Development Manager (PDM) to recruit and activate channel partners in Mexico.
About The Role:
- Work closely with the channel teams in your designated region to understand partner recruitment and activation needs
- Channel partner recruitment - manage and own the channel partners’ recruitment process including identifying prospective partners, facilitating the recruitment activities, and building & nurturing the partners pipeline.
- Channel partner activation - provide deep activation support to new & existing channel partners in order to accelerate their monday.com practice growth. Automnoumouly manage a portfolio of partners, while focusing on improving their sales skills and implementing monday.com best practices across their entire practice.
- Consistently meet recruitment and activation goals. This is a quota-carrying role.
- Successfully execute ad hoc partner program projects assigned by the PD Team Lead from time to time.
- Effectively connect and collaborate with supporting functions (Legal, Enablement, Partnerships GTM Strategy, etc.), as well as field channel teams and partner reps. Be a pleasure to work with.
- Act as an approachable subject matter expert in your domain (partner recruitment & activation) for internal team members.
Requirements
- Channel partner recruitment - Qualified Partner Leads (QPLs) KPI based on the designated region's immediate partner recruitment needs.
- Channel partner activation - (1) Generally up to an average of $125K / $1.5M added ARR a month / year from activation portfolio, with steady QoQ performance; and (2) > 80% annual success rate in activating new channel partners (according to the fully activated partner definition). Edge cases may apply.
- High quality execution of partner program projects (qualitative).
Please note this is a hybrid role based out of our Miami office and requires 3 days in office.
