WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for a Partner Development Representative to sit within our Alliances organisation and report into the Director of Global Commercial Alliances. This partnerships team player will scale and expand on the success of an established agency partner program across the globe.
The Partner Development Representative will execute day-to-day operational Partner program tactics with precision and excellence. You will support in the acquisition, onboarding, and activation of new Partners, with a focus on driving and accelerating performance of these Partners - registering leads/deals, sourced opportunity pipeline, influenced pipeline, training and certification, etc. Â
Key responsibilities include:Â
- Manage the surge of inbound interest in the Braze Partner Program. Triage prospective Partner inquiries, process administratively, and nudge through the funnel to ultimately convert to a productive Braze Referral Partner and/or Certified Solutions Partner.  Â
- Drive new Partners to register their first lead/deal with Braze, and coach them to identify ideal opportunities in their client portfolio with a handful of diagnostic tools.
- Qualify referred leads from Partners in our PRM/Partner Portal and drive toward qualified opportunity pipeline for the Sales team. Â
- Solicit net-new agencies/consultants/SIs that fit our Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) to join our Partner Program via high-quality outbound Partner prospecting. Â
- Identify and re-engage lapsed Partners.
- Support Partner Account Managers (PAMs) with tactical and operational execution.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 1+ years of work experience, preferably in a high volume inbound or outbound BDR role at another hypergrowth marketing technology company.Â
- Knowledge of the marketing agency/consulting ecosystem is a plus.
- Operational excellence with day-to-day technical tools of the trade like Salesforce CRM, DocuSign, and Google Docs/Sheets/Presentations/Forms. Experience with Allbound and Crossbeam is a plus. Â
- Positive “can do” attitude and an ability to navigate through ambiguity and balance multiple mission critical operational initiatives.Â
- A strong bias for execution and are motivated by exceeding targets and results.
- Active on LinkedIn and burning desire to build a professional Partnerships personal brand.Â
- Strong drive and character qualities that match with Braze Core Values.
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $58,862 and $62,925 year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $98,104 and $104,875year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
