The Role
As Aisera’s Channel Partners Program continues to rapidly expand, we are seeking a Partner Development Representative (PDR) to recruit new partners to our channel ecosystem and support existing partners in improving certain aspects of their Aisera practice. At Aisera, a PDR will work closely with prospective partner companies, helping them understand the value of our solution.

What You'll Do:
- The PDR plays a crucial role in building the next generation of Aisera’s channel partners.
- This role offers a one of a kind opportunity to join one of the leading AI/SaaS companies in the world and work alongside top Partnerships professionals in the industry.
- Work closely with the Channel teams in your designated region to understand partner recruitment and light activation needs
- Manage the channel partners recruitment process including identifying prospective partners, facilitating the recruitment activities, and building & nurturing the partners pipeline
- Support Channel Partner Managers by improving the channel partners’ ability to manage leads and expand high growth potential accounts
- Lead assigned projects intended to improve Aisera’s Channel Partners Program
- Consistently meet partner recruitment KPIs
- Become a trusted member of the Aisera sales team
- Consistently partner with the marketing team to properly follow up on all partner leads from marketing events
- Receive ongoing mentorship and training from world-class sales experts
- Consume all internal training to maintain strong product knowledge, high-level subject matter expertise, and key differentiators over competitors
- Build strong relationships with partner prospects and drive new partner meetings within your territory
- Collaborate with your Aisera sales team to achieve successful partner outcomes
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years in an SDR/BDR position
- 1+ years working with partners and/or focused on partner recruitment
- Good understanding of technology & software
- Experience working with SaaS
- Thorough knowledge & proven track record in sales processes/methodologies, reach out best practices (outbound), converting leads to calls, and conducting high quality qualification calls
- Experience cold calling in a high-tech environment, preferred
- Effective combination of both selling skills and technical acumen
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
- Resilience to thrive in a start-up environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple programs and initiatives simultaneously with an attention to detail
