Partner Development Representative (REMOTE)

We are seeking an equally passionate Partner Development Representative who is responsible for delivering passionate account management, diligence process support, prospecting, and helping our partners grow their business and usage of our products and services.
Essential Job Functions
- Work closely with PosiGen partners to ensure a seamless experience during their application and onboarding process
- Support partners with any questions about our program offering, technology, and experience
- Create reports and utilize data to monitor account performances for weekly and monthly check ins with clients
- Work in partnership with Partner Enablement to train and onboard new partners to the PosiGen platform
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with partners within assigned region
- Identify partners' needs and ways to grow their business together
- Present product information to partners once their needs have been identified
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective partners
- Write and distribute agendas, proposals, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings
- Create and maintain client files and curate territory specific lead lists
- Provide effective administrative support to partners and other PosiGen Channel Sales members
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing demos
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests that align with goals of the organization and position
- Maintain working knowledge of territory & industry trends
Education/Experience
- A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field
- Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales-related role with previous experience cold-calling and qualifying leads
- 2+ years of renewable energy experience
- Demonstrated commitment to financial inclusion, social justice, and/or access to clean energy
