Partner Ecosystem Associate
Job Description
What You'll Do
- Partnership management for third-party partners that include (but are not limited to) agencies, loyalty, marketing, data intelligence, consulting.
- Maintain knowledge bases on all ecosystem partnerships to educate internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to support onboarding strategic partners.
- Work with our internal Specialist team to onboard new brand clients and manage the intake of partners to ensure they abide by best practices.
- Identify business development opportunities within the partner Ecosystem
- Work with Olo's teams to answer any delivery, product enhancement, or developer support related questions and provide strategic direction.
What We'll Expect From You
- 2+ years of experience in a partner-facing or account management role.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience working with other departments and external partners, and executing against deadlines.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Outstanding ability to solve problems using available resources, and thoughtfully explain resolutions and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools.
- Legally able to work in the U.S.
