Partner Enablement Instructional Designer

FocusKPI is looking for a Partner Enablement Instructional Designer/ Channel Instructional Designer to join one of our clients, a high-tech, SaaS company. 
The client is seeking a skilled Channel Instructional Design Contractor to bring important partner enablement to life. This role is pivotal in executing the creation of channel enablement deliverables that empower their partners to succeed. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive learning paths, step-by-step guides, presentations, and other instructional materials. Additionally, you will manage and launch content within their Learning Management System (LMS).
This team member should be self-starters capable of effectively managing their time to successfully execute priority
projects within scope and on schedule.
Work Location: Remote - anywhere in the US
Duration: 8-9 months contract 
Pay Range: $50/hr to $60/hr
Responsibilities:

• Design and develop channel enablement materials, including learning paths, guides, and presentations
• Utilize Rise360 to create engaging and effective learning content
• Launch and manage instructional content within their LMS
• Collaborate closely with the Channel Enablement team and report to the Sr. Manager of Partner Development
• Ensure timely completion of quarterly priority projects
• Maintain a high standard of quality in all training materials, as assessed by subject matter experts

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in instructional design and enablement roles
• Skills: Proficiency in Rise360, strong design skills, and experience with LMS management is a plus
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in cloud-based technology and creating enablement content for channel partners
• Tools: Familiarity with Google Slides, Keynote, Confluence, and LMS platforms
• Experience with instructional design
• Experience in building Scorm packages
• Understanding the channel approach/value of channel partners
• Experience working with partner facing projects
• Experience in Saas Tech companies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and excellent status tracking of projects
