The Partner Enablement Manager will be Bloomreachâs first dedicated Partner Enablement resource and this person will play a critical part in enabling Bloomreachâs global agency and technology partners so that they can be successful in their markets. This is a foundational role who will ensure that partners are enabled so strongly as to become an extension of the Bloomreach sales and delivery organizations. This person will build and execute on a programmatic partner enablement plan, define KPIs to measure success, and publish the impacts with internal stakeholders.Â
Your job will be to:- Know how to identify relevant Bloomreach content from across the organization (marketing, services, sales, customer success, strategy, product, channel, etc)Â
- Work closely with a variety of groups to drive success:
- the regional heads of agency partnerships to align on goals including partner activation and revenue targets
- the head of partner programs to keep the partner portal up to date and communicate partner program updates to partners
- partner marketing to deliver the relevant content to partners
- partners to gather feedback and gaps in knowledgeÂ
- Bloomreachâs services delivery team that will be important for understanding process and documentation around implementing Bloomreach solutions
- Bloomreach Academy to ensure coursework for partners is relevant, up to date and successfulÂ
- Others on the Sales Enablement team to ensure all sales-relevant training and content is shared with the partner communityÂ
- Create a programmatic enablement program including a calendar of enablement activities for both sales and technical partner resourcesÂ
- Leverage multiple channels to deliver sales and technical content which may include but not be limited to slack, email, partner townhalls, in-person workshops and social media. Â
- Take responsibility for the personal development and training of your team members
- Professional â experience in sales or partner enablementÂ
- Personal â positive, energetic, organized, and a quick-learnerÂ
- BA or BS degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or partner enablement, or other related experience, ideally in the commerce or marketing technology space
- Efficient in ambiguous situations; can take charge and run
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously - exceptional project management skills
- High energy with a positive attitude
- Organized and detail orientedÂ
- Capacity to learn quickly and intuitively understand how to dissect important information from less important informationÂ
- You enjoy collaborating cross functionallyÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high-caliber presentation skills
- Passion for learningÂ
- Willingness to travel occasionally
