Partner Enablement Manager
Job Description
The Partner Enablement Manageris responsible for helpingall our Channel Partners build a successful Otava cloud practice and become exceptional cloud sales experts. You will equip them with the tools, the education, the go-to-market enablement, and the activities they will need to successfully sell and grow Otava Cloud sales.You'll educate new clients on the Partner Portal and its capabilities, train teams on the value of Otava and its cloud-based solutions, as well as deepen engagement through go-to-market activities and programs designed to help partners sell more, faster.

Role Responsibilities
- Proactively engage Otava Channel Partners and continually drive awareness of our programs, our resources, and our solutions
- Plan, execute & host partner training with a goal of increased engagement and pipeline. Understand their enablement gaps and provide guidance for increasing their education and engagement
- Onboard new channel partners by educating them on the partner program, the Partner Portal, and sales/marketing collaboration for win-win outcomes
- Create training and enablement success plans for key strategic partners
- Develop partner training and content
- Increase engagement levels, influence pipeline of enabled organizations and coordinate go-to-market events
- Drive Otava product management to develop, implement and deliver Channel enabled products, pricing tools, and support processes
- Demonstrate results via project management reporting and metrics management
- Drive awareness of new or updated materials and training data
- Be a student of the business: gain learn Otava's programs, products, course curriculum, go to market strategies and sales/marketing resourcing.
Experience
- 3 years+ experience in cloud hosting, DR or data protection or security client engagement, sales, consulting, or support
- 3 years+ experience in channel partner training and enablement, with existing relationships with target Otava partners
- 3+ years project management skills. Highly organized, detail orientated
- Prior channel work experience with managed service providers, resellers, distributors, systems integrators, independent software vendors or public sector partners
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and HubSpot MAT
- Highly skilled with MS PowerPoint
- Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Data analysis, measurement, reporting, and pipeline impact
- Knowledge of sales organizations and operations to develop enablement engagements
- Ability to effectively manage projects and drive to timely completion
- Ability to create and deliver engaging training in person or through video
- Successful track record in positively impacting revenue
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal communication skills among clients of all levels of organizations
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
- Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
