Our tech client is looking for a  Partner Enablement Manager to focus on driving the regional program success through revenue, cloud active usage growth and incubation metrics.
This is an opportunity to help partners understand our programs, incubate new ideas, transform their business processes, and enable them to drive success for customers. This is a global regional role that will work with partners across Americas countries.
Would you like to…
- Drive program success through partner deal registrations, revenue & usage metrics and goal setting.
- Understand partners’ business and technology needs, decision-making structure, sales and delivery processes, partner satisfaction and anything else that help to establish their status as a trusted advisor.
- Ensure partners are compliant with the program while increasing commitment to our programs.
- Build and maintain an engaging partner community in your region.
- Incubate new initiatives with partners to capture learning and shape partner strategy at scale.
- Ensure that the partner can navigate through different programs and is aware of changes to the programs, campaigns, and newly available incentives.
- Be the partner point of contact for resolving program and product related topics.
- Work closely together with field stakeholders and programs in your managed region.
- Track the program partners internal adoption of the program and the results that the partner is delivering. Give regular status updated to internal stakeholder on the progress.
- Document customer and partner inputs on product features, deployment issues, program feedback, partner experience/multi-tenant management, success stories, and case studies.
We would like you to have…
- 5+ years of business development, partner channel, program management or enterprise field experience.
- Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills Â
- Experience working with Microsoft FastTrack or similar programs at enterprise tech companies is highly preferred
- Being able to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
- Analytical skills required. (PowerBI or advanced Excel skills)
- Experience in building virtual business communities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a degree of comfort to lead at a C level audience.Â
- Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment.
- Challenger mentality leveraging his / her network, conflict resolution, and follow through.
- Fluent in English, additional Americas languages are a bonus.
