Overview:

This is a newly created global role for a Partner Enablement Program Manager which will report to the VP of Enablement. You will work with our Partnerships & Alliances team as an enablement business partner. Your top priorities will include content and training that make our partners successful in solving their client's challenges with LivePerson technology and solutions. This will include programs and tools for Sales and Professional Services organizations to help our partners build the knowledge they need to deliver the Tier 1 experience our customers deserve.

You will:
  • Design, build, deliver and manage enablement content, communications and training programs that drive partner engagement, productivity and success. This includes both sales and technical content inclusive of product deployment and configuration.
  • Design, build, deliver and manage enablement content, communications and training programs that drive Partner Manager success and productivity. This includes both ramp to productivity for new people and ongoing job mastery for global teams. Use all of your creativity and innovation skills to help our field teams crush their quotas!
  • Work as a trusted advisor to our Partnerships and Alliances leadership team to create and execute strategies and programs that drive achievement of annual organizational goals.
  • Work closely with Channel Managers and Revenue Operations to drive world-class partner experiences in working with LivePerson via our people and business systems.
  • Collaborate across our global Marketing, Product and Revenue teams to bring successful go-to-market programs and field enablement efforts that result in increased partner engagement and productivity.
  • Build cohesive sales enablement toolkits through the lens of a partner seller.
  • Measure the adoption and efficacy of internal and partner enablement programs.
  • Some travel required, as we are a global team supporting global business.
You have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, training or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Partner Enablement or Partner Development
  • Experience solving strategic-level problems by analyzing data, talking with a wide variety of people, devising a well-thought-out strategy, executing a plan and measuring results
  • World-class written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across internal and partner stakeholders at various levels
  • A true passion for helping people be successful and to make a difference
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives, collaborate and execute in global cross-functional teams
Benefits:

The salary range for this role will be between $124k to $155k. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, your location, and your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications. During the phone screening, the recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
