About this role: The Partner Enablement & Program Operations Manager will be responsible for providing the Greenlight Guru Partner ecosystem with learning materials, content and resources to drive growth and will manage key program operation aspects for the overall success of the Greenlight Guru Partner Program. Partnering with the broader enablement, marketing, sales operations and education teams, the Enablement & Program Operations Manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming and enhancing the Partner experience at Greenlight Guru. You will be a self-starter with high standards and attention to detail, and have an ability to anticipate the needs of the sales and revenue teams. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
Your contributions and responsibilities:
Partner Enablement
  • Partner with leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess the Partner enablement aspect of the Partner Program
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to leadership and drive improvements
  • Deploy programs and initiatives to Greenlight Guru Partners, in collaboration with Partner Account Managers, to increase effectiveness in revenue performance
  • Own the onboarding process of new partners onto the Greenlight Partner Program
  • Deliver Enablement Sessions for Greenlight Partners to gain competence in positioning, marketing, selling and/or implementing Greenlight solutions.
  • Facilitate content creation for Enablement sessions
    • Source and research ideas and themes for continual Partner education
    • Work with others across the organization to assemble content
    • Manage the delivery and any relevant assessment
  • Coordinate with the broader Enablement team to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the Partner team for continuous education
  • Develop process and execute certification of partners according to the Greenlight Partner Program
  • Drive and manage partner adherence to program requirements for training and certifications
  • Contribute in creation of partner business plans in collaboration with Partner Account Managers
  • Collaboration with Marketing in the creation of assets and collateral to engage partners
  • Track Partner enablement progress in company systems/tools against Partner Program requirements
  • Provide support to Partners regarding access to and use of sales, product information and assets (systems, materials, etc.)


Partner Operations
  • Responsible for overall program administration, partner contracts, KPIs, metrics, reporting, budgeting/planning and compensation.
  • This function also acts as the team's ambassador to other departments
  • Partner sales and pipeline reporting and tracking (using CRM, XLS and other tools)
  • Collaborate with Field Sales and Rev Ops in executing partner forecast
  • Assist with inquiries related to overall program administration
  • Provide consistent and comprehensive status reports to management
  • Assist in partner recruitment as it relates to tie-in with business plans and strategy
  • Facilitate and resolve day-to-day operations challenges and/or Partner dispute resolution
  • Assist in special projects, including; pricing, compensation, partner program structure, etc.
  • Develop and maintain Greenlight Partner Program documentation and related communication

Your ideal qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience in partner program operations, management, enablement and/or onboarding role with all partner types including referral, reseller and services
  • Experience in driving partners to complete competency-based and product certification programs
  • 3+ years' experience in SaaS company environment
  • Experience in MedTech, a plus
  • Experience in driving objectives while cultivating partner relationships
  • Demonstrable success in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrable success with time management and prioritization skills, managing multiple competing deadlines and objectives
  • Willing and able to work remotely and travel as required (approximately, 10%)
