Clearwater positions open to candidates located in greater Tampa Bay area. 

The Partner Engagement Desk Admin plays an integral role in supporting our channel partners and our channel sales team to accelerate deals by providing fast and efficient response times. The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail and is able to logically work through various scenarios to validate deal registration approvals. In this role, you will review potential Net New deal registrations submitted by partners to confirm if they can be approved and moved forward to be worked. You will create opportunities and quotes and assist in routing orders to the right salesperson so they can be processed. Additionally, you will support partners and sales to continuously provide excellent customer service, and provide additional administrative functions to ensure the execution of the partner experience and channel sales efficiency. These functions are building blocks to a channel sales career.  

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough review of partner deal registrations submitted to validate and move through the approval process
  • Escalate deal registrations to leadership for additional approvals as needed
  • Manage deal registration status reports to keep pending deal registrations moving forward 
  • Analyze trends in deal registration to identify uptrends, downtrends and stagnation
  • Manage the channel sales inbox to route purchase orders to the relevant channel sales team
  • Assist the Channel Account Management team in creating opportunities and quoting
  • Manage the partner SKU pricing list and work with partners directly to provide updated SKUs as needed
  • Review Technical Alliance leads to verify if they are commissionable and communicate next steps to the sales team
  • Keep Salesforce up to date with correct information
  • Run reports/keep requested data up to date for VP Global Partner Program Office
  • Review partner agreements (Reseller, MSP etc.) and upload all legal documents to Salesforce
  • Collaborate interdepartmentally to provide efficient solutions
  • Schedule meetings as needed
  • Participate in Partner Program Office strategies to assist the company in optimizing information related to the industry and partner needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field a plus
  • Familiarity with Channel a plus
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented and data-driven
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Must be highly organized and results-oriented
