Job Description

TAL's Group Life and Retirement business partners with some of Australia's leading superannuation funds. Our Digital Propositions team has an opportunity for a Partner Experience Analyst to join the team. You will be primarily responsible for the technology management, change execution and reporting of the partner proposition digital platforms.

The core objectives in this role are to ensure the delivery of leading digital experiences with our partner propositions to our Group Insurance Partner funds and to optimise and track performance across the various digital propositions. 

In this role you will:

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the Group Marketing digital strategy across multiple platforms.
  • Work with the Marketing Communications team to execute digital marketing initiatives.
  • Work with the Adobe Campaign team to execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the Group Marketing digital strategy across multiple platforms.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and fund partners to deliver a superior digital partner experience (including day to day management of marketing owned platforms and working with IT resources to deliver desired outputs).
  • Ensure appropriate governance, change management and compliance measures are in place.
  • Execute Communications content across multiple digital platforms.
  • Assist with the management of the Fund insurance learning platform (Insurance Academy).
  • Website optimisation & BAU platform management
  • Continually optimise the TAL partner website experience to deliver value for our Fund partners.
  • Trouble-shoot and ensure performance issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • CMS management - Sitecore & Contentful
  • LMS management - Cornerstone
  • Manage a regular digital reporting framework, preparing dashboards for circulation through the wider team (Adobe & Google Analytics).
  • Deep dive into web analytics and user experience regularly, analyse the opportunities and propose and deliver improvements.
  • Work with developers to ensure tracking and tagging is working correctly.

Qualifications

  • Min. 2 years’ experience in a digital/website management role
  • Strong understanding of digital technology
  • B2B or B2C experience
  • Experience in working with IT teams
  • Experience in managing agencies
  • Experience in navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Sound CMS experience
  • Experience in digital analytics such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 
  • Basic HTML (desirable)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in technology, digital media or similar (desirable)
  • Financial Services experience (desirable)
  • Experience in agile methodology and tools e.g. JIRA, Asana or Rally (desirable)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Highly organised and proficient at stakeholder management
  • Ability to think strategically and execute in detail
  • Understand data and be able to extract insights.
