Who We Are:
The PGTC Insights & Analytics team supports our global sales functions through data enablement, performance reporting, and insights delivery. We are a versatile team with broad scope, and we also complete deep, comprehensive research on high-value priorities that surface in our collaborations with Go-To-Market and digital product functions. Our challenges span business, process, and product, providing a rich environment for insight discovery and potential for making meaningful impact on Nike's business.

Our ideal candidate is relentlessly curious and has experience in handling data and implementing research to communicate clear, bold perspectives that challenge current ways of doing business. You and your teammates feel comfortable proposing changes based on evidence that is thorough and persuasive. You value radical innovation as much as simplicity and what's achievable here and now, ensuring proposals look in both directions and leave appropriate agency in the hands of leadership. Above all, you appreciate the value of communication in achieving lofty goals and leading organizations to positive change.
What You Bring To Nike:
- Currently pursuing an MBA with a graduation date of Winter 2023 or Spring 2024
- Understanding of brand enhancing consumer journeys, consumer insights, analytics, and digital experience benchmarking to deliver elevated experiences across the marketplace
- Obsesses the consumer experience
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present in a comprehensive and easily digestible formats.
- Experience working with teams to produce playbooks, toolkits, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively
- Must excel working in roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others
- Proven track record of being results oriented with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals
- Passion for retail and business model innovation
- Standout "can do" attitude and enthusiasm to drive Nike forward
- Consumer Product Management or Digital Consulting experience preferred
- Digital analytics experience preferred
