Job Description

The Bazaarvoice Partnership Team is looking for a Partner Integration Manager to play a critical role in supporting and expanding our partner ecosystem andΒ  driving value for clients through integrations. This individual will be responsible for all phases of the partners’ integration including planning design implementation configuration data transformation and training for internal and external teams. This is an exciting opportunity to provide value to Bazaarvoice clients by expanding and strengthening our integrations with partner platforms.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Be the face of Bazaarvoice building and managing relationships with partner product and engineering teams while representing the needs of our customers

  • Work independently and collaboratively with internal teams (Client Success Product Engineering etc.) clients and partners to drive adoption of integrations and increase value for our clients

  • Identify partner and client needs for future integration development and own the scoping definition technical consulting certification and internal education for those integrations

  • Explain technical concepts (limitations requirements functionality) to a wide range of audiences (technical and nontechnical internal and external teams)

  • Demonstrate detailed technical knowledge of our products and partnerships how our clients are utilizing them in their day-to-day and the added value of our partner ecosystem and integrations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years working experience as a Partner Engineer Sales Engineer Solution Architect or similar role with client/partner facing technical responsibilities (bonus if with enterprise-level clients or partners)

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills using industry-accepted best-practices and tools

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing technology role consulting on integration best practices and feature improvements (bonus if with partners)

  • A high sense of urgency with an understanding around delivering the highest amount of value in the least amount of time

  • Have a proven track record launching integrations or products with cross-functional teams (bonus if with both internal and external teams)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple ongoing projects at a time while maintaining high quality results.

$130000 - $150000 a year

At Bazaarvoice we carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation. Since we believe the transparency and integrity builds trust we want to share that we expect the base salary for this position to be in the range listed above and is based on Bazaarvoice's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location work experience market conditions education/training and skill level. While this is a good faith estimate of the expected base pay range Bazaarvoice reserves the right to pay outside this range if these assumptions and understandings are modified as we progress through the interview process.
