Partner Manager
Job Description
The Partner Manager reports to the Senior Director of Operations and is responsible for developing and managing relationships with a portfolio of partners; collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams for partner enablement; and for executing high-level initiatives to expand the partnership(s) in collaboration with our Partner Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing relationships with varying levels of seniority (up to C-Suite); and demonstrate attention to detail, responsiveness, problem-solving, and the ability to lead & manage through influence.Â
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and grow FreedomPay’s relationship with assigned enterprise partnersÂ
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategies that enable partner success and improve the overall partner experienceÂ
- Work closely with the Partner Business Development team on strategy to increase platform consumption and grow revenue within your assigned partner portfolioÂ
- Manage hardware forecasting activities of assigned partnersÂ
- Track key metrics to support ongoing partner managementÂ
- Maintain weekly cadence of executive reportingÂ
- Drive resolution of partner escalationsÂ
- Contribute to the development of partnership strategies that align with the best interests of both FreedomPay and assigned partners.Â
- Keep partner updated with enhancements/new offerings with FreedomPay's product suiteÂ
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 yearsof experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Partner Management, Sales, and/or Channel Sales position(s)
- Bias for action with the ability to do whatever it takes to ensure successÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communicationÂ
- Ability to speak & present publicly, and in front of large groupsÂ
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite executivesÂ
- Comfortable working in fast paced, entrepreneurial environmentsÂ
- Strong organizational and time management skillsÂ
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRMÂ
- Experience in Payments, or adjacent industries, a plusÂ
- Ability to travel up to 10-15%Â
- Ability to come into the office located in Philadelphia, PA once a weekÂ
