Job Description
Weave is currently seeking a Partner Manager to join our growing partner team. The Partner Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing partner relationships, developing and refining processes marketing efforts to ensure the successful revenue growth of your assigned partnerships.

- This position will work a hybrid environment with in office days Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
- Reports to the Senior Director of Channels
What You Will Own
- Develop, manage, and grow partner relationships
- Design policies that allow partnerships to thrive
- Develop and execute business plans for strategic growth
- Negotiate partner contract renewals to maximize partnership value
- Manage relationships with customers and vendors to build the brand and the business
- Conduct training sessions with partner leadership, marketing, sales, product and support organizations
- Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships
- Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs, and create synergy
- Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes, and report on key metrics
- Translate and enforce legally binding contracts
- Attend a meeting as a representative of Weave and the partnership
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base by documenting new processes and updating existing content
- Interface with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate buy-in for partner success
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
- 1+ years of partner management, sales, and/or customer success experience, preferably in a fast-growing technology environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of empathy and customer service orientation
- Great organization and follow-up skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with tracking data and visually presenting that data to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to gain buy-in from executive-level leadership at Weave and partner companies
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
