Job Description

The Partner Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners to drive business growth and ensure mutual success. This role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing partnerships to maximize revenue and market presence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Partnership Development:

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy to expand the company’s market reach and enhance its product/service offerings. 
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and terms to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Execution of annual partner plans

2.Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Regularly communicate with partners to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met and to facilitate smooth collaboration.

3. Performance Management:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, using data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Develop and implement plans to maximize the value of each partnership.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status and performance of partnerships.

4. Marketing and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop co-marketing initiatives that promote joint solutions and enhance brand visibility.
  • Organize and participate in joint events, webinars, and other promotional activities to strengthen partner relationships and drive engagement.

 5. Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell our products/services. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive partner training program, including materials and resources.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in partner management or business development, within Public sector/Defence and security focused

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities for growth.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
