We are a small but strong team of 70+ people (and growing) hyper-focused on delivering a world-class platform and unparalleled service with our industry-leading partnerships. The Channel Partner team is a big part of Remofirst's growth plan and we are looking for a stellar partner manager to identify and acquire partners that will drive new business referrals to Remofirst.
What you'll be doing:
- Identifying organizations that Remofirst should form partnerships with. Connecting with and building partnerships with these organizations: Segments include; VCs/PEs, PEOs, Finance and HR Professionals, HCM, and HRIS.
- Build a pipeline of target partners and create an acquisition plan.
- Closing, managing, and enabling partners to refer clients to Remofirst successfully.
- Nurturing partnerships after initial onboarding.
- Working with the Director, ideating mutually beneficial co-marketing campaigns for joint top-of-funnel leads (webinars, events, email, content sharing).
- Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth.
- Traveling and attending events as needed to support and acquire partnerships.
What you’ll need:
- You have 4+ years of experience in any form of partnership role.
- You are proficient in spoken and written English and have strong research skills.
- You are comfortable in new situations, from presenting to a new partner sales team to showing up to a networking event and shaking new hands.
- You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- You are an active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows.
