The Partner Manager, Alight Partner Network at Alight Solutions, is a well-diversified partner ecosystem manager with core competencies in the following areas: Maintaining and nurturing partner relationships, driving and coordinating marketing and sales support activities to promote partner solutions internally and externally, project managing partner contracting activities, managing partner onboarding and ongoing governance, supporting partner solution sales growth through deep knowledge of partners service offerings, delivery models and contracts as the day to day point of contact for all partner solutions within the partner network. The candidate will be a highly analytical, relationship focused, project management-centered, organized, and proactive individual. This person will work directly with partners and sales teams, and develop highly effective business routines to support the growth and efficient management of the partner ecosystem to best meet Alight's wellbeing and digital engagement platform strategy needs. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and delivering governance of Alight's wellbeing partner ecosystem, as well as supporting sales growth from the partner ecosystem. This person will be a key member of the Wellbeing and Consumer Experience teams and related cross functional solution and delivery teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

Partner Management:

  • Day to day contact for Partner contacts; focuses on day to day relationships with partner account management contacts
  • Helps identify, vet, and manage registered prospects with partner
  • Own escalation, issue resolution and risk management for ongoing partner/Alight relationship needs
  • Manage and monitor partner relationship status
  • Coordinate and own execution of quarterly business review meetings with partners
  • Collect client/internal feedback and lead strategies to deliver any needed improvement and optimize customer experience
  • Partner with Solutions & Product leaders to support evolution of partner and Alight capabilities, and future roadmap of partner/Alight solutions
  • Manage governance and business review process, framework & content

Partner Integration and Governance:

  • Manage overall partner SLA performance across client teams (with help from Delivery Team)
  • Identify, develop and execute improvement opportunities in business governance, contract management routines
  • Act as Partner SME resource for sales, implementation, and ongoing delivery across client teams
  • Manage monthly partner Registered Prospect process and meeting based on Salesforce, review on monthly call with sales & partners
  • Own review and data mining of client reporting insights to identify trends/opportunities
  • Project manage contracting plan and activities for partner acquisition
  • Coordinate the onboarding of partners including incorporation into business operations processes/set up, incorporation to delivery/product integration teams, and updating of all foundational sites, content, and processes with partner details
  • Works with Marketing and Product Manager to coordinate G2M launch plan and assets
  • Strong analysis, problem solving and project management skills

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Day to day contact for Sales Executives
  • Coordination with Partner on sales efforts
  • Sales main point of contact for standard materials/support
  • Work with partner/sales execs on pipeline development
  • Coordinate with Product Manager & Marketing for developing sales collateral and fresh content
  • Coordinate with Sales Solution Architect to support close of client deals (SOWs, SLAs, financials)
  • Act as Partner SME resource for sales, implementation, and ongoing delivery across client teams
  • Lead ongoing internal marketing/educational efforts on partner capabilities and value proposition (work with Marketing to organize case studies, webinars and other forms of publicity, and Marketing for content development)
  • In coordination with marketing, maintain standard sales materials on SharePoint
  • Assist with RFP/proposals (standard language), coordinate with Product team for all non-standard solutions
  • Understand pipeline and deal status
  • In coordination with marketing, maintain standard sales materials on SharePoint
  • Promotes a values-driven, customer centric mentality and consults with colleagues to ensure the best communication and presentation is brought to Alight commercial organization and to clients, where the communicated value of the product remains the central focus

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in partner management support, sales development, or project management roles supporting sales operations, with proven ability to drive value and results by exceeding company solution or product strategy success metrics.
  • Industry experience in wellbeing, health, wealth, health technology, or Human Capital Management (HCM), with specific focus on process optimization, commercial launches and overall sales or business development management/support.
  • Solutions-oriented and customer-focused professional experienced in wellbeing, health benefits and wealth (401K/ defined benefit) product & solution offerings, comfortable remaining agile across these domains with confidence to speak to these product offerings, identify partner solution fit/applicability, and champion enhancement opportunities where appropriate.
  • Experience and demonstrated capabilities to present to internal stakeholders and solution partners where requested
  • Experience in project management
  • Succeeds in team environments while also able to deliver value independently

Education

  • Bachelor of Science/Arts in Finance, Business/Business Management, Management, Marketing (preferred).
