What You'll Do

• Collaborate with internal teams like Partner Relationship Managers and build relationships with Merchant Partners to grow sales on Goldbelly 
• Arm Merchant Partners with Partner Marketing best practices and create cohesive seasonal marketing plans and communication launches 
• Assist our Merchant Partners as needed with implementing marketing tools to increase sales to their Goldbelly shop 
• Pre-empt problems before they happen and collaborate with the BD, Marketing, Operations, CS & Product  teams in solving their issues
• Help lead onboarding calls for new merchants to set them up for success on the Goldbelly marketplace 
• Assist with social media monitoring and marketing tool implementation/auditing for Merchant Partners 
• Track and analyze performance data and adjust strategy and direction accordingly
• Track KPIs for top-tier Merchant Partners and adapt marketing strategy to meet campaign objectives

What You've Done

• 2-5 years of experience in customer success for enterprise products or agency marketing/social media position (marketing as a service preferred)
• Ability to adapt to a fast changing start-up environment 
• Experience working with brands and promoting value through brand-owned marketing channels 
• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships, especially with those who aren't as tech savvy
• Accountability and personal organization are essential
• Ability to establish milestones and keep other team members accountable to your tasks
• Can be aggressive and demanding when necessary to get the job done
• Experience putting together marketing stories and insights based on data and reporting  
• Familiarity with social media tactics, content ideation and creation, orinfluencer marketing strategy is preferred 
• Familiarity with web development and site creation is a plus
• Comfortability with Google suite of tools & Facebook tools is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
