The OpportunityThe Partner Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote and grow partnerships with key partners. They will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create marketing materials, spearhead events, manage campaign execution, and analyze results to optimize future efforts.
Responsibilities- Develop and work directly with our VP of Strategic Alliances to activate programs with strategic partners like AWS, Braze, Adobe, Salesforce, and others
- Serve as key liaison to internal marketing leaders and external partners
- Identify, plan and execute memorable partner-led and WIllowTree-led in-person event experiences
- Actively promote partner engagement by planning and producing awareness activities such as content, events, and campaigns
- Work with partner managers to elevate the status and/or level rank of WillowTree’s partnership within the partner’s internal criteria
- Work with partner managers to create quarterly partner plans that generate market awareness and drive opportunities with and through the channel
- Own end-to-end project management to drive executions, logistics and program success including industry and partner event activations.
- Analyze and report on program performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Track and manage leads and opportunities generated through partner engagements
- Experience developing omni-channel strategies that include email, digital, virtual (online) and/or in-person events.
- Experience program managing industry or partner conference event sponsorship end to end.
- Demonstrable highly organized project management skills
- Mastery of interpersonal, presentation and written/verbal communication skills, including ability to express complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Rollworks.
- Intellectually curious and unafraid to get your hands dirty analyzing what’s working and what’s not
- Familiarity with the professional services industry
- Familiarity with the ecosystem of MarTech solutions and vendor landscape
- 2-5 years of experience in partner marketing or adjacent capacity
