We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us accomplish our mission to improve lives by learning from the experience of every cancer patient. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll work with the Sales, Business Development, Clinical Oncology and Product teams in our point of care solutions business unit to support our hospital and health system growth partnerships. This team member will function as the lead of our channel strategy and is responsible for supporting growth in the hospital and health system market. Such support includes collaborating with key stakeholders and leadership. In addition, you'll also:
  • Own go-to-market strategies for channel and strategic partners
  • Serve as channel project lead to internal and external stakeholders
  • Own strategic relationships with current channel partners while driving new partnerships
  • Develop channel-specific value messaging frameworks and market positioning
  • Create content to support channel-specific campaigns and partner needs
  • Analyze data and market findings to identify new opportunities or strategies to drive business growth
  • At the end of your first year, success would look like supporting outreach to secure a new channel partner and launch grown campaigns to generate new business

Who You Are
You're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who values the opportunity to think beyond the way things are. In addition, you're a creative thinker with 5-7 years of experience as a product marketer.
  • You have excellent communications and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize, simplify, and explain complex problems to different types of audiences, including executives and external partners
  • You have driven product positioning and developed compelling sales collateral and marketing material
  • You are able to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization, with particular skill in managing and negotiating with internal stakeholders to drive maximum efficiency
  • You have a nose for value and can a effectively prioritize competing opportunities and projects and adjust prioritization based on market conditions and feedback from the field
  • You have a demonstrated ability to perform market analysis and evaluate new services or technologies and make recommendations to pursue stakeholders
  • You have a passion for developing subject matter expertise and an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to execute on different things with minimal direction
  • You have developed channel marketing strategies and worked to drive growth across various partners
  • You have healthcare experience with point of care solutions and platforms focused on clinicians

Extra credit
  • You have experience with demand generation and/or marketing automation tools
  • You have experience leading or supporting industry events including planning and creating messaging
  • You have experience with oncology in the community and/or hospital setting

Job Compensation Range
Salary Range: $114,400.00 - $171,600.00
Preferred Primary Location: NYC Headquarters
The annual pay range reflected above for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed in the job description. Salary ranges for other locations vary from the range reflected above. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual bonus and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
