DESCRIPTION

Pontera is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to increase engagement and drive value with our partner advisory firms. This is a unique opportunity for a financial services professional to build a career in marketing and channel management and build a team as the company grows. The ideal candidate has exposure to wealth management and/or retirement products and enjoys project management and travel. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Relationship Management: Meet with marketing representatives at large advisory firms to co-develop campaigns for their advisors; collaborate with members of the marketing and business development team to execute.
  • Event Planning: Take end-to-end responsibility for event planning, which includes setting the target goals, evaluating sponsorship level, organizing speaking engagements and booth materials, etc. 
  • Event Management: Actively attend events to engage with financial advisors and your contacts at advisory firms; participate in demos and, when applicable, set up media engagements to shoot video content. 
  • Channel Campaigns: Ideate new marketing campaigns (incentives, recognition, surveys, email marketing, text marketing, webinars, mail) to increase advisor engagement with the Pontera platform and ultimately AUM on the platform. 
  • Case Studies: Collaborate with content marketers to develop advisor testimonials and case studies within partner advisory firms. 
  • Learning Management: Build and own a digital educational program and content that we will maintain on a Learning Management System. This will likely involve recording training videos and webinars with help from our content contributors.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years experience in Wealth and/or Retirement Planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management experience 
  • CFP or other financial certification a plus    
  • Willing to travel up to 30% of the time
