Role Profile
Our Japan team is looking for a collaborative and dedicated Partner Marketing Manager to take immediate ownership of the strategy and development of multiple partner programs by collaborating with internal and external resources. As a partner marketing manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing marketing-initiated partnership activities within the allocated budgetary guidelines and deadlines with our associated partners. You will work as an individual contributor with internal partner team and partners to grow joint marketing programs and plans based on current market trends and competitors. You will report to the North Asia Marketing Director who is located in Japan.

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive joint marketing strategies and execution plan with clear goals, important metrics, and outcomes with our focus partners.
- Work with our partner sales team and global/APJ partner marketing teams alongside our partners to co-develop a GTM strategy to guide pipeline activation and identify content/positioning to help accelerate the sales cycle.
- Develop co-marketing campaigns including email, digital and online/in-person events.
- Collaborate and work with Japan field marketing in events such as Zenith Live and other anchor campaigns with a goal of helping both Zscaler and Partner achieve defined goals
- Provide dashboards and reports outlining quantifiable results, campaign value, program analyses and recommendations to marketing and partner sales teams.
- Set partner marketing targets and contribution goals to the business. Set metrics, analyze data, and achieve the targets
- Be an internal advocate for partners among important partners.
- Manage projects against goals and to budgets
- Manage agencies, vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Work globally to serve as virtual team lead
The Ideal Profile
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in marketing with B2B technology companies
- Experience in partner marketing
- Understanding of cybersecurity and the competitive landscape
- Advanced Excel skills (can perform complex functions) , and Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- English and Japanese language skills
