Partner Marketing Manager, North America
Job Description
The Team:
The partner marketing team is part of global go-to-market (GTM), and works in close partnership with cross functional teams including the broader go-to-market organization and ecosystem sales organization to devise, build and execute integrated partner demand generating activities that drive awareness and accelerate pipeline.
The Position:
Reporting to the Head of Partner Marketing, the Partner Marketing Manager North America will be responsible for driving and executing regional demand generation activities with our partners.
The Work You'll Do:
- Evolve and execute partner marketing strategy for your region: In collaboration with your key stakeholders, partner management (sales) and field marketing. Own partner marketing activities for your region, delivering the business objectives such as pipe generation, within your budget.
- Support joint events and conferences: Coordinate and participate in partner-related events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Collaborate with partners to plan, execute, and evaluate the success of joint marketing activities at these events.
- Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns: Work with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, campaigns, and programs that align with business objectives. Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, content, and assets for joint promotions.
- Create partner marketing collateral: Develop and maintain a repository of marketing collateral, including partner-specific materials such as co-branded assets, case studies and success stories.
- Build and maintain relationships: Externally cultivate and nurture relationships with existing partners to drive mutual success. Act as the primary marketing point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring effective communication. Internally work cross functionally with our peers, in field marketing, content marketing, campaigns, ops and digital marketing as well as sales and business development teams.
- Monitor partner performance: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, such as lead generated and conversion. Regularly review performance reports, provide updates to stakeholders and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize partner marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of related partner demand generation; in the software industry preferred
- Proven experience building and executing multi-channel marketing programs to, through and with partners, based on a foundation of data and analysis; optimizing reach, awareness, and nurture, and adjusting for optimization
- Strong stakeholder management skills including buy in creation, pipe targets, budgets, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in communicating with cross-functional leaders
- Travel 10-20% time within region
