Partner Migration Program Director

Role:

You will build and lead the migration and integration program with C&SI partners and our GTM team.  You will identify, qualify, and integrate C&SI partner’s migration and integration methodologies, tools and solutions with Databricks GTM.  

The impact you will have:

• Accelerate the customer migration journey with C&SI partners and integration with ISV partners and Databricks GTM
• Own the migration partner program and create joint GTM offerings in the market to assist customers as they migrate from on-premise to the cloud and use existing tools to integrate with Databricks
• Collaborate across teams internally and partner organizations (marketing, field engineering, sales, product and customer success and more) as a leader and champion for the program to build all facets of a GTM partner strategy
• Work with partners to build and enhance the assets, accelerators, guides and playbooks to help guide customers as they migrate to Databricks.
• Optimize and fine-tune the program with data driven insights and develop mechanisms to accelerate the success for the partner and customer journey.

• Ecosystem Knowledge: Experience with migrations is preferred
• Sales Engagement: Experience with packaging and developing programs for sales team and effecting change in a program or market
