Information Security Responsibilities

• Awareness on information security measures such as acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, password security
• Understand and report security risks and how they impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand how data is stored, processed, or transmitted from a Data privacy and protection standpoint

• Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of Channel/partner operations experience is preferred.
• Salesforce Knowledge: Proficiency in Salesforce, including experience with Accounts, Contacts, Lead objects, and report creation.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of CRM systems and data analytics.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, particularly in data management and reporting.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to take initiative and work independently.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a partner ecosystem or channel sales environment.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
